On July 14th, China’s Ambassador, H.E. Ma Qiang, had a meeting with Hon. Sarah Cleto Rial, who is the Governor of Western Bahr el Ghazal State in South Sudan. During this meeting, they talked about how their two countries can work together more closely at a local level. They focused on things like working together on farming, helping each other learn and grow, and other such activities.
