Jamus FC hammers Al Thadi 5-0 to advance to next round

The Juba-based club Jamus FC put on an impressive performance on Wednesday, thrashing Al Thadi 5-0 in Juba’s South Sudan Local Cup to advance to the round of sixteen.

Jamus FC scored four goals in the first half, allowing them to easily defeat Al Thadi.

Al Thadi FC has already been eliminated from the competition, joining the likes of El Merriekh Amarat FC, Simba FC, Rabita FC, Nujum FC and others that were eliminated in the first round.

In other news, City FC advanced to the next round after defeating Al Zahara FC Juba 3-0.

Also, Bahr el Ghazal County’s League games were played on Wednesday and the action will continue at New Site Wrestling Field, where two entertaining games were played.

The South Sudan Local Cup round-of-32 matches in Juba for the 2023-24 season resume tomorrow with three separate level fixtures.
