
The Commissioner of Juba County has issued an order suspending the manufacturing of alcoholic products measuring 100mm.
The October 18th order directed to factories that produced the liquor within the county.
“In the exercise of powers conferred upon me by the Presidential Decree no 11/2021 for the reconstitution of the revitalized government of national unity and the appointment of constitutional post holders and the commission of six counties in Central Equatorial state read together with the provision of local Government Act 2009 appendix 111 part 11. Mr. Wani directed the Executive Director, Payam Administrators, security organs, and the public to ensure the order is implemented.
The order was effected on a week ago.
