Trinity Group boss receives prestigious Hall of Fame Award 2023

The chairperson of Trinity Group, Akol Ayii, was feted with the most coveted award of the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) Hall of Fame award for the class of 2023.

The accolade meant that Mr Ayii is the first businessman to receive the award from South Sudan, opening doors and giving hope to other South Sudanese.

MIPAD is received by ambitious individuals who contribute positively to the development of African countries and their people, either through politics, outstanding business and social media influencers.

It can also be someone with a high following and significant humanitarian work assisting the UN, which can be in public or private sectors around the world.

 Mr. Ayii acknowledged his team for the great work and encouraged the citizens to keep doing the good work that makes the country prosper economically.

“I am truly humbled by this recognition, as there are countless individuals in South Sudan, across Africa, and the diaspora, who supported our struggle for independence and continue to support our nation-building in various capacities.”

 “I dedicate this award to my incredible team at Trinity Group and, more importantly, to those who work tirelessly every day for our economic growth, often remaining unseen.”

“They are on the front lines providing care to refugees, assisting displaced people, and addressing the basic needs of our communities,” Ayii stated.

He has had years of incredible achievements in creating better standards for the African trade landscape. His acknowledgement by the MIPAD is a great pride held by the South Sudanese people.
