Only soldiers armed with firearms will be permitted to enter the training facilities, according to the statement.
“All the ranks of the SPLM-IO are required to the cantonment center with their personal weapon for the second phase of the training, No soldier without a gun will be allowed to enter any training centers,” the paper stated
It revealed that the food had been sent to the training sites in central Equatoria, while other state centers expected to receive theirs as soon as possible.
“The food items for the training centers of Greater Bahr el Ghazal will arrive in the next twenty-four hours, while the food for the upper Nile training center will be delivered by boats. Any members of the national unified forces who will miss the fourth coming verification will not be deployed or redeployed and will not be allowed to join phase two.”
